Every Elmira mattress comes with a 100-night trial. After 30 days of sleeping on your new mattress, if you're not happy with your purchase, the friendly ladies on our Comfort Crew can help walk you through the process of returning and refunding.

Whenever possible, we run a warehouse sale or  donate any returned mattresses to our armed forces, healthcare workers or students.  One of Elmira's missions is to be a positive force in the world, so if we can donate a mattress in good condition rather than auctioning it of at a warehouse sale, that's the route we're going to take.

If you decide a product isn’t the perfect fit, no problem! Here’s how our return policy works:

• Mattresses: Eligible for a return between nights 31 and 100 of your trial. We allow up to two mattress returns per household.
• Foundations, frames, and bedding: Returns are accepted within 30 nights.

Even though our memory mattresses won’t fit back in the original box once opened—we’ve got you covered. Our Comfort Crew will be on standby to receive the mattress once you send them back to us, after confirmation, we’ll refund your full purchase price or arrange an exchange for you if that’s what you want.

Yes! We want you to love your Elmira products! Whether you would like to make a direct swap or return and reorder a new mattress, we can help you with the process. It’s quick and simple! Contact our Comfort Crew to get started. Remember, returns must be within the trial period—we’ll help with the rest!

We're here to make the refund process as smooth as possible! If your refund includes a mattress return, you’ll receive an email from our Comfort Crew with instructions on how to get your refund processed. This usually includes taking a picture of your purchase  receipt and emailing it to us.

Once we’ve received you the refunded item, refunds typically take about 2-3 business days to process if you made a transfer directly to our bank during purchase. But if you paid online via Paystack, your bank or card provider may take a few additional days to post it to your account.

We work with local nonprofits and charitable organizations to donate returned mattresses or directly gift them to healthcare professionals, members of the armed forces or students and whenever possible we might host a warehouse sale where it’s auctioned at a good discount. So even if it’s not the right fit for you, it can still make a big impact for someone.
