How does the 60-night sleep trial work?
How does the 60-night sleep trial work?
Every Elmira mattress comes with a 60-night trial. After 21 days of sleeping on your new mattress, if you're not happy with your purchase, our Comfort Crew can help walk you through the process of returning for an exchange or refund.
Whenever possible, we run a warehouse sale or donate any returned mattresses to our armed forces, healthcare workers or students. One of Elmira's missions is to be a positive force in the world, so if we can donate a mattress in good condition rather than auctioning it of at a warehouse sale, that's the route we're going to take.

What Customers Say About Us
“My wife had been on me for years about getting a new mattress. The foam we use sagged and was “causing her back pains”. I surprised her on our anniversary with the Elmira mattress and it has been a game changer. Our quality of sleep has improved significantly. What was meant to be a gift for her, turned out to be a gift for me too. Highly recommend 👍”
"I bought this mattress from Elmira after experiencing back pain for years from my old mattress. I tried everything. As soon as I got this new Elmira mattress, my back pain started to reduce immediately and now I no longer have back pain! I sleep much better in general too. I am so happy with my purchase and will never buy another type of mattress!"
"This is the most comfortable mattress I have bought; this mattress is cozy, comfortable, soft while retaining it's firmness. The Snow mattress has made my 9 year old daughter sleep better, she goes to bed earlier and falls asleep faster. Plus she now sleeps deeply without waking up constantly in the middle of the night. I also love how the mattress was packaged in a box and was amazed how the mattress expanded in seconds. All the features of this mattress exceeded my expectations. I strongly recommend this product, it will make you and your family happier sleepers like it did for I and my daughter"
"The Elmira classic snow pillow is just IT!
Soft, the smooth feel, comfort, the balance. I am able to sleep properly now, would recommend anytime any day"
"As your first customer, I am genuinely impressed with this mattress. Since I started using it, it has provided excellent support for my back and significantly reduced the back pain and aches I used to experience. It is comfortable, well made, and has improved the quality of my sleep. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and proper back support. It is worth every penny"
“When you lay down on your Elmira snow mattress it feels like angels are hugging you. Never slept on a better mattress!”
“While visiting a friend, we both commented on how well we slept in their guest room. We asked what kind of mattress it was, and they smiled and said "it's an “Elmira". So, when we went home, we checked them out and bought one. Now, my husband and I both sleep soundly and comfortably every night.
"This pillow is pure comfort. It is soft, fluffy and incredibly cosy, and feels cool and soothing against the skin. It gives that warm, comforting feeling without becoming stuffy or uncomfortable. Honestly, once you use this pillow, your old pillow may never feel good enough again"
"The next day after the mattress was delivered to me was the first time i woke up late after 7am in a long while because the elmira mattress felt so good. The old foam in my guest room doesn't feel comfortable to me anymore - tried sleeping on it and wasn't able to. I thought my old foam was the best until i used this Elmira mattress"
