Care Instructions:
To maintain the performance, hygiene, and longevity of the pillow, please follow the instructions below:
- The foam core is non-washable. Do not machine wash or soak the inner filling
- For the outer cover, spot clean or gently hand wash using mild detergent
- If removable, wash the cover separately to avoid damage to the foam core
- Do not bleach or use strong chemical cleaners
- Do not tumble dry, iron, or dry clean
- After cleaning, reshape the pillow and allow it to air dry naturally
- Dry in a shaded, well-ventilated area; avoid direct sunlight and high temperatures
- Do not wring or twist the product
- Regularly fluff and air the pillow to maintain its shape and freshness
Please Note: The inner bamboo charcoal memory foam core cannot be washed; water damage to the foam core will void the Elmira Pillow 2-Year Limited Warranty.
