Eligibility
Every Elmira customer is eligible for one 30 Night Trial for their first purchase of an Elmira accessory from Elmirasleep.com. Only first-time orders with a maximum of two of each Elmira accessory are eligible. This trial is not transferable.
Elmira Products from Other Retailers
Elmira accessories purchased through third-party retailers are not eligible for the 30 Night Trial. Every retailer has its own return policy, so please reach out to the store you purchased from.

Elmira Accessory Return and Exchange Process

Submit your request: Start the process through our returns portal here

We review it: If your request is eligible, we’ll email your return label within 1–2 business days.

Ship your item back: Pack it securely, attach the label, and drop it off to our nearest warehouse.

We process your request: Returns and exchanges are automatically processed within 3–5 business days after your item has been delivered, inspected and confirmed.
