How do I return my Elmira Mattress?
Thrilled. Delighted. Rested. This is how we want you to feel about your Elmira purchase. If you aren’t happy with your purchase, talk to us. Love it or pass it on. When possible, your returned product will be donated via a network of nationwide charities and institutions that accepts it and will pass it on to someone in need. You get a refund, the product gets a second chance at love, and someone who really needs it gets some comfort in their life. Getting Started If your mattress was delivered within the last 60 nights, you may be eligible for a return. Just get in touch with our Sleep specialist team, and we’ll help coordinate the return with you. Before you inquire about returning your mattress, ask yourself the following questions: Have I given my body 2-3 weeks to adjust to my new Elmira Mattress? Am I using the best foundation or bed frame for my comfort preferences? Is my mattress eligible for a return? You have 60 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your Elmira mattress. Because it can take some time for your body to adjust to better support, we require sleeping on the mattress for a minimum of 21 days. Eligibility Every Elmira customer is eligible for one 60 Night Trial for their first purchase from Elmirasleep.com. Only first orders with a maximum of two Elmira Mattresses are eligible. This trial is not transferable, and Elmira Mattresses purchased through third-party channels are not eligible for the 60 Night Trial. To qualify for a return, you must be within the 21 - to 60-day trial period for a mattress or the 30-night trial period for furniture, accessory and bedding. To be eligible for a return, the mattress must be clean, undamaged, and have the mattress labels attached. Photos of the mattress and the labels will be required. We will refund the full product price of the mattress less the value of any discount within 2-5 working days. Elmira Products from Other Retailers Elmira Mattresses purchased through third-party retailers are not eligible for the 60 Night Trial. Every retailer has its own return policy, so please reach out to the store you purchased from. Read more about our full trial terms >> Elmira Mattress Return Process Contact Elmira Sleep Specialist Confirm your details Send Item to our Warehouse Receive your refund Once you get in touch with our Sleep Specialist team, we'll: Confirm the status of your 60 Night Trial and verify your shipping information. We may also inquire about the reason for your return and collect the lot number associated with your mattress. Print Shipping Labels: After you make a contact with us, we’d process your return and send you a shipping label, print your shipping label and attach the return label to the outside of the box. If you don't have the original packaging, any sturdy box will do. Drop your return package off at the closest Elmira drop off centre location. We’d inspect to make sure all is okay and if your return is accepted we begin the refund process. If payment was made online through paystack, a refund Process to the credit card used would be initiated through haystack which takes 5-10 working days If payment was made through Bank transfer or POS a refund would be processed to the exact same sender account name used during the initial purchase as soon as you've returned the mattress. Easy as that! Speed Up Your Elmira Mattress Return While we may have some additional questions to ask you about your experience when you contact us about a return, you can get the process started ahead of time by providing us with your updated address and phone number, and a complete list of items you wish to return. Be sure to request a return receipt and snap a photo of the mattress being loaded into the vehicle. Send both plus verifiable tracking number of shipment to the Customer Care team and we'll ask our Billing team to process your refund as soon as possible.
