Your satisfaction matters to us. We’re all about making sure you love your Elmira products, which is why we make conscious efforts to build the absolute best product in each category we enter. Hence, we offer a 60-night trial for mattresses and a 30-night trial for pillows, frames, accessories and bedding.
If you decide a product isn’t the perfect fit, no problem! Even though our mattresses and other items won’t fit back in the original box once opened—we’ve got you covered.
Our Sleep specialist will coordinate the return process with you. We'd demand to see photos & videos of the items, once confirmed to be in good condition, our warehouse team would send you a return label with the location of closest warehouse to return items to. Please note that all items must be in good donatable condition without stains or tears.
Once we receive the item and inspect it to be in good condition we then process a refund to you or an exchange if eligible.
Here’s how it works:
- Mattresses: Eligible for a return between nights 21 and 60 of your trial. We allow up to two mattress returns per household.
- Foundations, frames, and bedding: Returns are accepted within 30 nights.
