We offer Door-step delivery to locations in Lagos, Abuja, PH, Enugu and Kano. While other states we work with logistics partners like ABC Transportation and other couriers to waybill your order to you.
Door Step Delivery
After you place your order, our delivery team will call you to confirm your delivery appointment. This call typically takes place within a few hours after an order is made from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and holidays.
The Preferred Delivery Date selected at checkout or during the order confirmation call will be used to secure a delivery appointment that is most convenient for you. If your Preferred Delivery Date is not available, we will let you know during your scheduling call and work with you to book the most convenient delivery date available.
On the morning of your appointment, the Delivery team will call you again to provide a minimum 3-hour delivery window. Please note that your delivery window is based on the route and number of appointments scheduled on that date. We're happy to accommodate requests for specific delivery times where possible. However, please plan to be home to receive your order during the 3-hour delivery window provided.
Delivery, Removal & Assembly Services - Do's & Don'ts
- Our delivery team will deliver the sleep products to your gate or door.
- Our delivery team will not deliver your Elmira products to the room(s) of your choice or assemble them for you.
- If you order multiple mattresses and bed frames, all items will be delivered to the door step or gate but not come into your room.
- We will not unbox or assemble your Elmira Mattress(es) and furniture.
- Our delivery team will not remove your old mattress
Please note that our Delivery service is available to bring the products to your doorstep but not to set up, arrange, and move Elmira products or any bedding products in your home.
3rd Party Waybills
3rd party waybills are our most suitable means to deliver Elmira products to states where we do not have a store/warehouse presence.
States outside Lagos, abuja, PH, Enugu and Kano fall under this method of delivery.
Kindly note all orders to be shipped via 3rd party courier waybill must be full prepaid for before the waybill. We do not offer pay on delivery services for such states where 3rd-party logistics are used at this time.
Once an order is placed and payment confirmed. The order is processed and scheduled for drop-off at our 3rd party logistics partner facility. The order is processed and waybill number generated. We communicate the waybill number to you while monitoring the movement of package up to your state.
Please note, the waybill service is usually not door step which means you have to arrange for means to pick up parcel from Logistics partner office in your city/state down to your home.
