Order Modifications & 48-Hour Cancellation Policy
If you ordered the wrong items, you have one hour after placing your order to request a full cancellation using the Help feature on elmirasleep.com or send an email to Hello@elmirasleep.com. At this time, it's not possible to add or remove individual items from confirmed orders. If your order has already been processed, our Customer Care team will provide you with return labels so you can ship any unopened items back to our warehouse. You may cancel or reschedule your Delivery up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment by calling 09032091113 or 08102447025. Additional fees may apply if you request a change to your delivery address within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. For Orders Canceled After They Have Shipped or Returned to Sender You may cancel any order before your order is shipped, and you will receive a complete refund. Once your item has shipped, your order cannot be cancelled; it will be considered a return and subject to return trial requirements and return fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable since Elmira incurs round-trip shipping fees as a result. This also applies to any product "returned to sender" with any shipping partner.
