Order Processing
Your order will be processed at our warehouse before our shipping partner picks it up. Orders placed before 12:30 pm should leave our warehouses the same day, Monday through to Saturday, excluding Sundays and holidays. Orders placed after 12:30 pm should leave our warehouses the next business day. We'll send you a Shipping Confirmation email or call you as soon as your order is dropped off with our shipping partners.
Estimated Transit Time
After processing is complete, our shipping partners pick up your order. They will then bring it to a local station for sorting before making its final transit to your shipping address. We deliver orders within Lagos Abuja, PH, Enugu and kano within 1-2 working days. We can deliver most orders outside aforementioned states in 5-7 business days—from our warehouse to your door, in addition to processing time—but you can find a more precise delivery estimate using the table below.
