The 60 Night Mattress Trial explained
The Elmira Snow Mattress and Elmira Hybrid Mattress are covered by a 60 Night Trial. That gives you about two months to decide if you love it as much as our other lovely Nigerian customers do.
To begin your 60 Night Trial, simply purchase an Elmira Mattress of any size from Elmirasleep.com.
What this means
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your Elmira mattress, simply reach out to our Customer Care team. While they may have a few questions to ask you about your experience with the mattress, our Customer Care Specialists will walk you through the mattress return process at your request, and arrange for a drop-off to us, so long as there's no environmental and/or customer-inflicted damage.
If you accidentally order the wrong size mattress, your 60 Night Trial gives you a free, one-time size exchange. Requesting a size exchange will void the trial and make you ineligible for further exchanges or returns.
Eligibility
Every Elmira customer is eligible for one 60 Night Trial for their first purchase from Elmirasleep.com. Only first orders with a maximum of two Elmira Mattresses are eligible. This trial is not transferable, and Elmira mattresses purchased through third-party channels are not eligible for the 60 Night Trial.
Elmira Products from Other Retailers
Elmira Mattresses purchased through third-party retailers are not eligible for the 60 Night Trial. Every retailer has its own return policy, so please reach out to the store you purchased from.
