Elmira 10-Year Limited Warranty
Every Elmira mattress purchased directly from Elmirasleep.com is covered by a 10-year Limited Warranty by default.
Attached to your mattress is a small blue & white coloured warranty leaflet. Please we advise you study it so you know what your warranty covers and does not cover.
For the duration of your warranty, if you experience a manufacturer defect covered under our warranty, we will offer a one-time replacement or repair of the original mattress size purchased. This includes all components of the mattress. There is no fee or deductible required. If impossible to do a repair we can offer a one-time coupon to shop from our store. If the warranty claim happens during your 60-night trial period, the trial will be paused during shipment of the replacement mattress and the trial will resume upon delivery of the replacement Elmira.
