How do I cancel my Elmira order?

Liquid error (sections/main-article line 103): invalid url input

We push new orders to our warehouse throughout the day so our fulfilment team can pick, pack, and ship orders as quickly as possible.

If you've changed your mind about your order, or realized you ordered the wrong size, use the live chat feature in the bottom-right corner of this page to contact our Customer Care team as quickly as possible or send an email to hello@elmirasleep.com or you can shoot us a DM on IG at @Elmirasleep. If you reach us in time, we may be able to cancel the order before it leaves our warehouse.

If we're not able to cancel up-front, then there are two ways it can go:

Scenario 1: Your delivery is scheduled to a state where we have operational warehouse and in-house courier. In this case, we simply contact the delivery team to halt and return back with item without extra costs to you.

Scenario 2: if your delivery address requires a 3rd party waybill, we'll provide you with return shipping labels so you can ship them back to us at your own cost after your delivery is completed. Please make sure the package is still sealed in it’s natural condition as unsealed or unboxed package may not be eligible for such returns.

Once we've confirmed the receipt of item in excellent condition, our Billing team will process your refund and send a receipt for your records.
