How long does Elmira take to process refunds?

When returning an Elmira mattress within the 60-night trial, the refund will be processed by our Billing Team within a short period of the mattress being collected and confirmed.

If you request a return of a pillow, bedding or accessory within its 30-night trial, we will issue you a return label to have the product shipped to our closest drop-off center which might be in a state same or different from yours.  The refund will then be processed by our Billing Team.

Summary Of The Returns & Refunds Process 

  • Confirm the status of your 60 Night Trial and verify your shipping information. We may also inquire about the reason for your return and collect the lot number associated with your mattress.
  • Print Shipping Labels: After you make a contact with us, we’d process your return and send you a shipping label, print your shipping label and attach the return label to the outside of the box. If you don't have the original packaging, any sturdy box will do.
  • Drop your return package off at the closest Elmira drop off centre location. We’d inspect to make sure all is okay and if your return is accepted we begin the refund process.
  • If payment was made online through paystack, a refund Process to the credit card used would be initiated through paystack which takes 3-5 working days
  • If payment was made through Bank transfer or POS a refund would be processed to the exact same sender account name used during the initial purchase as soon as you've returned the mattress within 1-2 working days.  Easy as that!

While we may have some additional questions to ask you about your experience when you contact us about a return, you can get the process started ahead of time by providing us with your order number.

Be sure to request a return receipt and snap a photo of the mattress being loaded into the vehicle. Then Send both plus verifiable tracking number of shipment to the Customer Care team and we'll ask our Billing team to process your refund as soon as possible.
