There will be no re-stocking fees or charges in the event of a return within the trial period.
If you aren’t satisfied with the comfort of your Elmira mattress and would like to return it, we will be happy to coordinate with you on where to drop it off. Elmira won't be liable for any associated return cost.
Once the drop-off is confirmed, we will refund you the full amount using the initial form of payment and to the exact same account number within the next couple days.
