Exchanges are available within your 60 or 30-night trial, depending on your product.
- Opened exchanges void the original trial and aren’t eligible for refund or additional exchanges.
- If we shipped the wrong item, or your product is still unopened, your trial will remain intact.

Verify your shipping details

Process any price difference

Arrange the delivery of your replacement product

Help coordinate the drop-off of your original item to our warehouse facility by you.
For Accessories:
Submit your request through the return portal. Once approved, a prepaid return label will be sent out and the exchange will automatically process within 3–5 business days after your item has been delivered.
