Should you decide to exchange your Elmira mattress or bedding product, you can reach out to us to initiate a return within your trial period. We’ll help place a new order for your replacement product — and arrange for your existing product to be dropped off at the closest drop-off center which may or may not be within your state of residence. Once the drop-off of your original product has been confirmed, your new order would be paid for using the refund of your initial purchase. Any deficit or surplus balances would be settled before the new order ships.
