What happens when your waybill tracking indicates that your order has been delivered, but you haven't received anything or you appear to be missing items?
First, walk through this troubleshooting checklist:
- Look around the perimeter of your home and ask neighbours or security around the house. To ensure your delivery is completed safely, our shipping partner may have left items in inconspicuous areas. Look and ask around.
- Ask your neighbours if they received your order. It's common for caring neighbours to take items into their homes for safekeeping. It's also possible our shipping partners delivered to a neighbouring home by accident.
