Processing time is the time from when you place your order to when your order leaves our warehouse. Orders placed before 12:30 pm typically leave our warehouses the same day, Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and holidays. Orders placed after 12:30 pm typically leave our warehouses the next business day. We'll send you a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information or call you as soon as your order is dropped off with our shipping partner or your order is picked up for delivery by delivery team.
Transit time is the time from when your order ships out to when it arrives to you. Once your order leaves our warehouse, transit time ranges from 1 to 7 business days, depending on your shipping location. Please allow extra time for shipping to remote areas.
